Sisterlocks

As a Certified Sisterlocks™ Consultant, Natural Clarity offers Sisterlocks™/ Brotherlocks™ as a package of 3 visits including a Consultation, the Locking Session and a Follow-up Visit.

1. The Consultation - $40.00
Clients should arrive for the consultation with hair in its natural state (clean and preferably air dried). During this session we discuss your hair history, what to expect during the locking process, and how to care for your Sisterlocks™/Brotherlocks™. I will also put several Sample Locks in during the consultation. It is important not to comb or brush the Sample Locks as they allow me to see how your hair will respond to Sisterlocks™/Brotherlocks™!

2. The Locking Session - Price quoted during the consultation
Clients should arrive with hair clean, air dried and free from any oils or grease. During this session, Sisterlocks™/Brotherlocks™are installed over the entire head. I generally schedule this Session over a 2 to 3 day period, however depending on the length and amount of hair, time may vary. Once I have completed the Locking Session, I provide my clients with a Starter Kit (4 oz. Bottle of Sisterlocks Getting Started Shampoo, rubber bands and shampooing/ grooming instructions). Upon completion of the Locking Session, clients are encouraged to schedule the Follow-up visit (3 weeks after the Locking Session).

3. Third Visit: Follow-up
Clients should arrive with hair clean and free from any oils or grease. During this session, I re-tightening any new growth, discuss the status of the Sisterlocks™/Brotherlocks™, recommend an individual re-tightening schedule and schedule the first Re-tightening Session.

Ongoing Follow-up Visits - Re-tightening Sessions
The recommendation for re-tightening sessions is every 4 to 6 weeks. This may vary based on individual hair growth.
